Well in the last few weeks, I have had changes in my life. My "fatman" of almost 15yrs. had to be put down. He was 19. Sampson was a good baby..and his momma misses him greatly!
What a sad day it was for me to say Goodbye to him...I cried for days...15 years is a long time to have a buddy always around...but he was tired and it was time. He had been sick for a few weeks and that hurt me more watching him just wanting to die. So, for those who say it is cruel..maybe to me...for him it was the humane thing to do. Why make him suffer because I was selfish and didn't want to lose him. He is in my heart forever.
Tim is doing well with football...he is on medical out right now..bum knee..but hopefully be back next week. It has almost killed him to be on the sidelines.
Deer are moving around...got one on film...the picture seems like i was closer than I was...but thank goodness for zoom...She was just piddlin along around the property...I love being in the woods...Wildlife is a great stress reliever. Saw her down at the pond this morning. Can't wait for her to be in my freezer..hahahahaha.
Now time to get ready for the cold weather I know will be here before we know it.
